Return Policy (AI Prebuilt Computers & Business Solutions)
All AI prebuilt computers and business solutions carry a 14-day return window starting on the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
AI prebuilt computers and business solutions are not subject to any restocking fee; however, the original shipping cost on the order will not be refunded. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All AI custom computers carry a 14-day return window starting on the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
AI custom computers are subject to a restocking fee (see table below) and the original shipping cost on the order will not be refunded. All AI extras (apparel, accessories, etc.) carry a 30-day return window starting on the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
AI extras are not subject to any restocking fee; however, the original shipping cost on the order will not be refunded. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
