Shipping Policy
Our shipping timeline varies per product and is displayed at checkout. We make every effort to ship ahead of schedule.
Transit time for packages depends on the delivery address, but most orders arrive within 7 business days after they leave our warehouse.
Please note that Andromeda Insights does not currently ship to PO boxes but can ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). If a military address is provided, we may reach out to acquire additional information for shipping.
The overwhelming majority of our computers will ship via FedEx Ground with a signature required upon delivery for all PC systems. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the destination address. If a custom computer is purchased and requires a non-standard shipping method, we will work with you to determine the most appropriate delivery method.
Expedited shipping is available through our https://andromedainsights.com/pages/custom-pc-builder. If expedited shipping is selected, we will prioritize your order as much as possible. Please note: FedEx provides delivery estimates for expedited service; however, we cannot guarantee the delivery time as there can be unforeseen circumstances.
What shipping carrier do you use?
Most computer shipments will be fulfilled through FedEx; however, your shipping options will be available at checkout. All PC systems require a signature upon delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship within the United States.

I was struggling with getting internet connected correctly on my new device, and emailed support at 11:30pm on a Saturday evening, for them to reply only 30 minutes later with the proper remedy (I went down the wrong troubleshooting rabbit hole). The PC is built very well; looks/runs amazing, awesome cord management, and the parts used are all from reputable brands. The build time was quick, and it arrived within the estimated time frame. Also, customer service was very responsive when I had questions about the build. I highly recommend AI and would definitely order from them again.
Pc works great. Had to do a couple things to play valorant etc but it was easy and i love the performance
I bought a PC from Andromeda Insights in February after deciding it was time to get a new rig and doing some research based on the current PC component market. After purchasing, I wanted to see if I could make some changes to the PC, and I was able to change it no problem. It did take a little over a month to arrive, but the wait was worth it for me. The PC runs like a dream, and I can run basically every game I'm interested in on max settings and the PC doesn't even break a sweat. As soon as I got it, the PC was already set to go and ready to download and play games.
I had a couple of questions in the time between my purchase and PC setup after receiving it, and every time I had a question, customer service got back to me super quickly. In the 5 days I've had this PC so far, I've only had 1 issue which was that the RGB on my RAM sticks wasn't changeable, but that was because it was Corsair branded and I needed to have iCue installed to have that issue fixed. Outside of that I have had no other issues with the PC. It was as plug and play as you can get, and it looks super nice to boot. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a PC to consider Andromeda Insights.
Bought a very high end pc from them. It was ready when they said it would be. Packing was very good. I normally don't like not being able to call for customer support but they provided an email to get in touch with them and they answered all my emails very fast and professional. And I had ALOT of questions so alot of emails. I can 100% recommend you buy your pre-built from them. Great company

This is my first pc ever & I'm beyond impressed!!! Customer service was very responsive. They took care of me. I bought the Asus Rog Strix 500hz monitor to go with it & can honestly say this is the best experience ive ever had in gaming!!! Andromeda Insights is the GOAT!!!
