Shipping Policy

Our shipping timeline varies per product and should be noted on the product page. Generally speaking, most of our computers are shipped within 5 to 10 business days; however, we make every effort to ship ahead of schedule. If expedited shipping is purchased, we will prioritize your order as much as possible. Transit time for packages depend on the delivery address, but most orders arrive within 7 business days (many are quicker) after they leave our warehouse.

Please note that Andromeda Insights does not currently ship to PO boxes but can ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). If a military address is provided, we may reach out to acquire additional information for shipping.

The overwhelming majority of our computers will ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground with a signature required upon delivery. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the destination address. If a custom computer is purchased and requires a non-standard shipping method, we will work with you to determine the most appropriate delivery method.

Please note: UPS provides delivery estimates for expedited service; however, we cannot guarantee the delivery time they are quoting as there can unforeseen circumstances. In the event UPS delivers an expedited package late, we can work with you and UPS to determine if they will refund the expedited shipping; however this is NOT guaranteed.

 

What shipping carrier do you use?

Most computer shipments will be fulfilled through UPS; however, your shipping options will be available at checkout. All of our computers require a signature upon delivery.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we currently only ship within the United States. We're looking to expand our shipping options on an international scale.
