The short of it:

  • All AI computers come with a 2-year parts warranty.
  • All AI computers come with a lifetime service and lifetime labor warranty.

General Warranty

Andromeda Insights will provide a limited warranty for the main physical computer (CPU, CPU Cooler, Motherboard, RAM, Graphics Card, Storage Devices, Power Supply), excluding software, data, documentation, free items, minor accessories, and similar items. The computer will be free from defects due to workmanship and materials for a timeframe of two years after the date of delivery. During the duration of warranty, Andromeda Insights will repair, replace, refund, or take appropriate steps as determined by Andromeda Insights in its sole discretion. If the parts warranty has expired the customer will be responsible for the replacement cost. This warranty does not cover programs, software applications, including without limitation, any operating systems and third-party software. This general warranty does not apply to any documentation, free items, or minor accessories that were included with the computer. Andromeda Insight's at its sole discretion may choose to repair, replace, or refund a computer that manifests a defect in materials or workmanship after the expiration of the warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage or defects that are due to normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, usage that is not in accordance with the computer’s instructions, failure to follow the computer instructions, or failure to perform preventive maintenance. The warranty will be rendered void if the serial number is missing, damaged, or altered. If unauthorized repairs or upgrades to the computer after it is delivered the warranty period shall immediately end.

During this time and any time thereafter service and labor will never be charged for the lifetime of the system for warranty purposes.

Andromeda Insights is not liable for data loss and highly encourages all data is backed up regularly to ensure minimal loss of data in the event of hardware failure. Data/memory loss may occur during repair.

Prior to shipping us your computer, please remember to remove any confidential, proprietary, or personal information from the system.

Andromeda Insights is not responsible for restoring or reinstalling any programs on the system at the time of service. Andromeda Insights will configure the system as it was manufactured if required during warranty.

Shipping Warranty

Andromeda Insights will cover all shipping costs related to warranty during the first 30 days if it is determined in Andromeda Insights sole discretion that there was a defect due to workmanship or materials.

After 30 days, Andromeda Insights will pay for return shipping to the customer. The customer is responsible for shipping the computer to Andromeda Insights for warranty service.

After 2 years the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for warranty service.
