Our standard process is approximately 7 business days to build, followed by 1–3 business days of QC and stress testing (depending on build complexity), then it ships. Ground shipping takes 1–6 business days from our Oregon facility based on your address. The most up-to-date lead time is shown at checkout — just enter your shipping address to see it. During the holiday season (Black Friday through Christmas), build times may run longer to account for higher volume.

Every system we ship is covered by the AI Guarantee: a 2-year hardware warranty, a lifetime labor warranty, and a lifetime service warranty. The labor and service warranty covers any repair or upgrade work we perform on your system — you're only responsible for transit and any non-covered replacement parts if a repair is needed.

On most product pages you can upgrade to more RAM or a larger SSD directly — those options are selectable on the product page before you add to cart. For a different GPU or any other changes (case, CPU, cooling, etc.), we recommend configuring a build through our Custom PC Builder, which lets you customize every component. Builder systems include the same AI Guarantee as prebuilts.

Please note that we don't accept post-order component changes once a build is placed. If you need to adjust your configuration after ordering, contact us to cancel and re-order with the correct specs.

Each prebuilt includes an accessory bag with a power cable, SATA cable, and Wi-Fi / Bluetooth antennas. To set it up out of the box you'll only need the power cable — and the antennas if you're on Wi-Fi. Every system ships with Windows 11 Home preinstalled and activated plus handwritten QC documentation covering the components our technicians validated on the production floor.

Yes — financing through Affirm is available at checkout for qualifying orders. Add a system to your cart and proceed to checkout to see the monthly payment options for your build. Approval, interest rate, and term length are determined by Affirm based on your application.

Yes — adding RAM, additional storage, or a new GPU doesn't void your warranty. The one caveat: if you ever send the system in for an in-warranty repair, we require it to be returned with all of the original components that shipped with the build. We reserve the right to decline service on systems returned with missing or swapped-out original parts. Hold onto your originals as a safety net.

All of our systems are covered under a 30-day price-match guarantee. If the system you ordered drops in price within 30 days of delivery — including during any sale period — you can request a refund for the difference.
