This is probably the best pre-built company I've ever bought from. This PC is a beast! It works amazing and I set it up with such minimal effort. Customer service is amazing. They allowed me to switch the gpu & psu. When it arrived, they provided a detailed test report and instructions on how to set up the PC. Drivers were all updated and set up. Price was affordable also. If you're thinking about getting a pre-built from AI, just do it. It's so worth it compared to other companies. The only thing is that they couldn't install the GPU brace due to the huge GPU, but it's okay since I chose that GPU. It also took about 5-6 weeks to arrive, but it's probably because I ordered it during black friday/holiday season. Either way, was definitely worth the wait!
This PC build is beyond what I was expecting. First of all, the response from their support team was instant and professional. Assuring me that the order was fulfilled and being worked on. Even though there were a few hiccups with Delivery. This PC arrived packaged very secure with foam inserts on the interior so nothing would come loose. Set up was a breeze and the PC and it’s components perform as expected. I would highly recommend anybody if they are thinking of buying a prebuilt computer the tower that they provide is a clean look my hat’s off to this company and thank you very much.

Reached out on a price match. They were always quick to respond and worked to ensure the parts were equal. Took about 6 weeks but well worth the wait. I've been enjoying the system. Would recommend anyone that wants a high quality build

After alot of research I decided to go with AI. The PC is very quiet for the amount of power the 5090 puts out and I think it looks great as well. While I am VERY happy with the build I was blown away with the customer service. I reached out after hearing about an influx of orders to make sure I would be home to sign for the delivery and was greeting with the hands down best customer service ive ever had. That alone made sure I would be a returning customer when it is time for my fiance to get a PC. Getting a PC like this has been a dream of mine since i was a kid and im so happy i made the right choice and chose AI. I would recommend this company to anyone. 5 stars across the board.
I'm writing this review 6 months after buying the product. I was very skeptical at first and I thought Andromeda Insights was very suspicious since I've never heard of them before and I couldn't really find anything about them either and they don't have many reviews. So I decided to take a chance and see what happens and well it definitely paid off. The price was awesome and everything has been great and working perfectly! I highly recommend it and I'll be buying from them again in the future. Easy 5/5 stars

This build is aesthetic, runs great, and the cable management is excellent. Customer service was also very responsive throughout the ordering process and when I wanted to make upgrades to my build. The only minor downside was that the GPU and SSD brands differed from what I was originally told, but performance has been excellent, so it’s not a big issue. It also arrived a week early, which was a great bonus. Overall, a solid experience and a great PC.
I chose to go with a prebuilt since I wanted the peace of mind in case I needed support, and it immediately paid off. The original PC I ordered had a fault and Andromeda went above and beyond with their customer service in addressing it. They responded within an hour of sending a support email and after some troubleshooting, were kind enough to immediately offer a replacement and even went as far to throw in a free upgrade. Even though it was during Thanksgiving week, they still overnighted it free of charge and it arrived in 2 days. The tech I spoke to, Trung, was knowledgable, professional and easy to speak with. I was expecting a fight to get a replacement but it was painless and prompt.
The replacement unit works flawlessly and is the nicest PC I've ever had. I have no doubt that it will last me another 10-15 years.
A big box retailer will not give you this level of service or care. They've made a customer for life and I'll be recommending AI to anyone I know when they look to upgrade.
