I ordered AI’s 5090 build in december and received it a month later. and even with fedex’s horrible delivery practices, because of AI’s amazing packaging (the best i’ve ever seen) the pc came perfectly fine I was literally installing all my games in 15 minutes, this is the best and most powerful pc i’ve ever bought, I also ordered this px before the 5090 price spike and AI didn’t do anything shady to cancel my order they still fulfilled the order at the original price which I respect, I really would recommend buying from AI.

I finally decided to upgrade my i7 8th Generation and GTX 1080 to newer hardware, now the hardest part came in, finding a reliable and a vendor that I could work with. Not even sure how I landed on this company but I knew the hardware I wanted, so it was destined I guess.
I wanted some modifications to my build that I didn't want to do myself. Just easier to have one person do it all at once, especially the stress testing, contacted Andromeda Insights and a competitor to see what either could do. One came back, said they couldn't do anything more than offer a 2% discount in lieu of my modification requests. AI won my business right there.
From beginning to end, AI was amazing. I requested extra NVMe storage, no OS, etc. They did it and more. Then when the last day of the shipping window arrived in my email, the next day, I was asked to go on a work trip. I told the customer support (BIG SHOUT OUT) that I was a little concerned that I might not be home and just wanted to know if they were usually hitting the first part or the last part of the delivery window. They stated, we are going to add a note to the purchase and see what we can do.
Well the device showed up about 5 days early. Again, just hitting that high bar. That is the big theme I started to notice with this company, is it excellence across the board. From cradle to grave of the purchase, outstanding is all I got. Finally, all I can say, is my device is a BEAST and I love it. Feeling confident in the build quality and sleeping well knowing support is there. Appreciate you all so much for being there when I finally decided to pull the bandied on the upgrade. THANK YOU!!!
Customer service was excellent and replied to my messages within a day. I paid for the expedited build profile and the expedited shipping and my PC was delivered 2 days earlier than it was scheduled.
This was my first time buying a prebuilt PC after having built my last two 2 PCs and I haven't had any problems with it so far. The setup instructions are simple and everything is exactly as ordered and working well. Definitely a great PC.
