I ordered the AI Vector on October 22nd with express shipping, however they announced the AI Elite V3 a few days later. Since the Elite also had a temp reader, a more sleek design, and was slightly cheaper than the Vector I emailed support about changing to the newer model. They agreed and bumped my power supply up to 1000W for the price difference. The PC arrived on November 12th via ups ground. I was worried about getting a prebuilt shipped, but the box arrived in perfect condition and was packaged very well. Setup was a breeze: I just took it out of the box, plugged in my antenna set, and hooked up the power and my monitor. I also received a free copy of Arc Raiders through a promotion. It runs very quietly at around 62 Celsius while gaming. Overall I had an amazing experience with both Customer Support and the PC itself. I highly recommend them. I have not gotten to try 4K gaming as of yet, but I’ve had no problem playing Arc Raiders, League of Legends, or Marvel Rivals on the highest graphics.

After a weeks worth of gaming…I can confidently say this PC is amazing. It runs quietly and smoothly on most fps games that I’ve tried so far. The customer service is without a doubt the best i’ve ever experienced! They literally answer any and all questions as soon as possible. There’s also PLENTY of room for upgrades in the future if these parts ever clunk out on me. Also very grateful that I was able to get a white case to match my white setup as well. (Thank you customer service people for helping me get what I desired). RGB on the fans and the ram sticks is fully customizable as well! (They pre download the apps on the pc for you to change the colors!) It’s pretty big and bulky but it’s truly not that big of a deal in my opinion. They personally test the pc to make sure it works, as well as, performs a stress test on the GPU and CPU and even provides the temps it could run at full settings which is very informative. It also came VERY well packaged with ZERO damage done! I’ve never been happier.
I purchased the Ultra 50 Vector with the Geforce 5080 & Ryzen 7 9800X3D through Bestbuy. The PC arrived on time and was packaged very well. Everything powerd up upon delivery. I did have an issue but the customer service department was the best i have ever delt with second to none (as a business owner myself i was amazed at how responsive they were). They responded very quickly and worked hard to troubleshoot and resolve the issues i was having. Their responsiveness and expediency in resolving the issue was the reason that i am on here today leaving this review. Nobody is perfect and nothing always works perfectly 100% of the time, and they did an awesome job doing everything they could to resolve the issue.
My PC is working good and im enjoying playing these newer games in 4k at max settings.
I will confidently recommend Andromeda Insights to anyone who is searching.

So far this PC has been awesome. Turn key everything worked, seller provided a build list prior to sending the computer. Their customer service has been amazing and very quick to respond. I was recommended this company by a friend and I will definitely be recommending to friends!

Could not find a better price on a system with these specs anywhere. They built me an absolute beast of a PC, the part selection, build quality, and attention to detail is excellent. Paired with MSI 27’ OLED 240Hz, this PC has crushed every game so far in 1440p Ultra settings. They will tune the BIOS for you and include a detailed checklist that goes over all the stress testing, so I could basically just plug it in and play. They also have very good customer service and have responded pretty much same day to anything I’ve asked. Overall, excellent build from a really solid company. If youre on the fence about getting a prebuilt just keep in mind that building it yourself will likely end up costing more and will leave you with no customer service or additional warranties should anything go wrong. Also, the PC was packaged extremely meticulously with a beefy GPU support bracket, and it made it to me in perfect condition. Overall, love these guys and love this build.

Just got my system today (9800x3d and 5070ti) and So far everything runs great and I am definitely pleased with my performance as it is actually better than a lot of the showcases on YT with the same cpu and gpu, their tweaks definitely make a difference. I am also happy with the parts they included, they are not cheap and are still quality parts. The packaging was great and there was no damage to the system and everything was included that was supposed to be. So far my temps have been fantastic, low 50s for my cpu and my gpu has never exceeded 64C while gaming at max load. My experience with AI has been great, especially their customer service. I always got a response back within the day, sometimes even minutes, and they provided me with all the information I asked for. The only slight negative was the wait time for my build, but it’s not an issue and worth the wait with the quality they provide. So far, as long as everything keeps going smoothly with my build, I would highly recommend AI to anyone else who wants to buy a prebuilt, especially for the prices they offer.
