Just got my system today (9800x3d and 5070ti) and So far everything runs great and I am definitely pleased with my performance as it is actually better than a lot of the showcases on YT with the same cpu and gpu, their tweaks definitely make a difference. I am also happy with the parts they included, they are not cheap and are still quality parts. The packaging was great and there was no damage to the system and everything was included that was supposed to be. So far my temps have been fantastic, low 50s for my cpu and my gpu has never exceeded 64C while gaming at max load. My experience with AI has been great, especially their customer service. I always got a response back within the day, sometimes even minutes, and they provided me with all the information I asked for. The only slight negative was the wait time for my build, but it’s not an issue and worth the wait with the quality they provide. So far, as long as everything keeps going smoothly with my build, I would highly recommend AI to anyone else who wants to buy a prebuilt, especially for the prices they offer.
Runs incredibly well and is basically silent. Would recommend to anyone looking for a pre-built PC!
Absolutely love my PC. Performance is great, getting 120 fps native in cyberpunk no dlss on high settings. Came with a fresh install of windows. Got a free upgrade on my case because they were out of the one they normally use. Having never ordered a prebuilt online I was skeptical but everything about this experience was absolutely fantastic (excluding wait time but that comes with the territory)
The customer service was absolutely phenomenal, super friendly and timely! I don't think I had to wait more than 12 hours for a reply and that was outside of normal business hours, they normally got back to me within the hour. Also they're based in Oregon I believe? Maybe that's wrong but wherever it is, there's no sales tax on your purchase due to the state it comes from. Can't recommend these guys enough. A similar PC would be over $2,000 from anyone else. Only slight downside was the wait. It wasn't super long(3 weeks) just felt like an eternity due to anticipation. Highly recommend them!!!

I had been shopping for a pc all year, if not longer, and AI was on the shortlist most of the time. There is probably more that needs praise, but what really stood out for me during my process was their customer service. My last pc was an 11+ year old boxed dell and i couldnt even begin to guess how many questions i asked. from the CL of their ram to what mobos they were currently using (months before i bought) to the cost of various ram/gpu/cpu substitutions for models I never bought. There were a few other names i considered. i was reading reddit posts and reviews for months before i decided to buy, but though I threw questions at several companies, AI was in multiple ways easily the best at responding. There were points where my debate was more whether i was buying on amazon or their website as much as what i was getting. ultimately, despite being indecisive and prone to not want to spend money, the customer service has been so good that if/when my next pc search ever starts, it will likely start with them. from months ago a chat where i was helped i think well after their business hours ended to now asking questions about things in my machine after it arrived... I dont like spending money. I am indecisive. Yet I am an oddly satisfied customer. My remaining doubts are more of the realm of whether i should have gone for the 9800x3d / 9070xt builts that initially caught my eye.

I’m really happy with my PC. The build quality is solid, the components were assembled neatly, and everything worked right out of the box. Performance has been excellent so far!! The pc runs fast, quiet, and handles everything I throw at it without issues. The overall experience was smooth and I’d definitely recommend going this route if you’re looking for a hassle-free experience!
I purchased upgrades so this review is not for the base PC. It is great! I am able to get 300fps on Overwatch2 with high graphics. I can also run shaders and modpacks on Minecraft with absolutely no problem. Its super fast and perfect and I havent had any problems so far
