2 weeks with the computer (9070XT + 9800x3d) and I am blown away at AI's whole process. Arrived with no damage, on time, good packaging, clear instructions, no bloatware. I contacted support about what I thought could have been some gpu problem (it was a bad monitor cable, totally separate and not AI's fault) and they responded instantly and helpfully, helping me isolate the problem even though it didn't end up being their issue. Performance is astounding. Andromeda seemed too good to be true, but for me so far it's as good as promised. I literally don't know how they can deliver such great products and service at these prices. Buy their ****.

The system is built beautifully and packaged with extreme care. It arrived with plenty of padding in and around the box as well as Instapak padding inside the PC to protect the internal components. Every single component in this build is picked carefully to provide the best price to performance value for a $2000 build in mid 2025. Will definitely be purchasing from Andromeda when the time comes to upgrade again :)

Shipping and the build is of great quality. When i looked at everything to make sure it was good to run everything was nice, tidy and secure. I had to update some bluetooth drivers but other than that i would absolutely would recommend.
Arrived very well packaged (double boxed, lots of padding). Runs super well, no problems I’ve seen yet. Support helped me out with my status update questions and all of that. Would definitely recommend this company for a great quality prebuilt.
