Pc works great. Had to do a couple things to play valorant etc but it was easy and i love the performance
I bought a PC from Andromeda Insights in February after deciding it was time to get a new rig and doing some research based on the current PC component market. After purchasing, I wanted to see if I could make some changes to the PC, and I was able to change it no problem. It did take a little over a month to arrive, but the wait was worth it for me. The PC runs like a dream, and I can run basically every game I'm interested in on max settings and the PC doesn't even break a sweat. As soon as I got it, the PC was already set to go and ready to download and play games.
I had a couple of questions in the time between my purchase and PC setup after receiving it, and every time I had a question, customer service got back to me super quickly. In the 5 days I've had this PC so far, I've only had 1 issue which was that the RGB on my RAM sticks wasn't changeable, but that was because it was Corsair branded and I needed to have iCue installed to have that issue fixed. Outside of that I have had no other issues with the PC. It was as plug and play as you can get, and it looks super nice to boot. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a PC to consider Andromeda Insights.
Bought a very high end pc from them. It was ready when they said it would be. Packing was very good. I normally don't like not being able to call for customer support but they provided an email to get in touch with them and they answered all my emails very fast and professional. And I had ALOT of questions so alot of emails. I can 100% recommend you buy your pre-built from them. Great company

The team was transparent when it came to handling issues, and very quickly to respond- even on a weekend! My PC arrived safely thanks to their accommodating packaging. All the system software updates were up to date as detailed in their personal accountability checklist. I'm so thankful I found this business. I'm already recommending them to my closest friend who's looking to enter the PC world!

This is my first pc ever & I'm beyond impressed!!! Customer service was very responsive. They took care of me. I bought the Asus Rog Strix 500hz monitor to go with it & can honestly say this is the best experience ive ever had in gaming!!! Andromeda Insights is the GOAT!!!

The V3 Ultra has exceeded my expectations more than I can count. I have a PS5 Pro, but was getting tired of waiting for updates for subpar improvements and wanted to delve into the PC realm. AI's customer service was exemplary and accommodated any upgrade I decided to get during the month long build process. They were always fair and even explained one upgrade I wanted they couldn't do in good conscience, as it would be a downgrade to what came with my PC (I didn't research enough, and I commend them on this!). There was a slight delay around the holiday period and they made it more than worth my while. Overall, I can't recommend this company enough and I implore anyone looking into getting their first pre-build (or just an upgrade!) to give your business to this company. They really go above and beyond!
Shipping took about a month but it’s completely worth it especially if they upgrade the GPU for free. I originally wanted a 9060 XT 16GB but they upgraded me to a 9070 XT i assume because the shipping took a month. Heavily recommend.
