Everything arrived exactly as I ordered, and I'm very satisfied with the purchase. The waiting time for the computer was about a month. Of course, I was a little worried during the wait, but the seller fully kept their promise. The computer was packed extremely well and very securely. The computer itself is incredibly powerful and high-performance - truly the best computer I've ever owned. It is very, very, very good, and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this seller, as they take responsibility for their words and commitments.

WOW. My first gaming PC and it was a recommendation from a forum. Checked them out, contacted customer support for a few questions. They were super helpful and responsive. Packaged and arrived nicely, literally is plug and play. I use this strictly for gaming and entertainment and can run all graphics just about max and have 0 issues. It’s been 1 month of ownership and she’s a BEAST.

Anybody on the fence about it, DO IT. There is plenty of space for future add ons and upgrades.

5/5 would buy again and actually am considering getting 2 lower tier models for my boys.

So my brothers both had built their PC's and would always brag as I was just a Xbox series x gamer. I finally made the decision to purchase one and after seeing all the issues they had with their PC's I said I don't want to deal with that which was also why I was a console gamer in the first place, plug and play and no stress. I sought advice from them and one of them recommended I look into this company so I did, at first I was skeptical because I couldn't find much on them tried YouTube reviews and only saw Ai videos that didn't really convince me, then I started reading reddit reviews and saw a lot of I guess "bot farming" or whatever and was left even more skeptical but there were some reviews that seemed legit and me being one that hopes for the best decided to take the plunge. I ordered in November so they were getting real busy by that time but I remained patient, about a month later my unit arrived, packaged safe and secure. Set up was so simple and within an hour I had steam with a couple games installed. I launched the games no problem running at max settings in 1440p and I will say not a single issue so far, the rig is beautiful and quiet, I would and have been recommending this company to all my friends who are still stuck in the console phase of gaming lol. Thank you Andromeda insights and all the people working there for delivering an outstanding customer experience and gaming rig!

This is my dream's PC. It works perfectly, just plug and play. The performance is amazing and it was shipped completely well packaged and protected. Andromeda's customer service was always on point, answering every doubt I had. I'm extremelly grateful to have found Andromeda's website and to become a customer. The PC was exactly as I expected, very well built and tested. Everything has been very impressive. I want to highlight the staff though, they took great care in packaging everything so that there would be no chance of damage. The PC box came wrapped in bubble wrap and placed inside of another box. The staff was also very responsive and easy to email.

Exactly as described and got this for my wife as a Christmas present. With some extras added, this is the best PC she's ever had. It was made with quality and care. I will definitely be using Andromeda for my future PC purchases.

This is probably the best pre-built company I've ever bought from. This PC is a beast! It works amazing and I set it up with such minimal effort. Customer service is amazing. They allowed me to switch the gpu & psu. When it arrived, they provided a detailed test report and instructions on how to set up the PC. Drivers were all updated and set up. Price was affordable also. If you're thinking about getting a pre-built from AI, just do it. It's so worth it compared to other companies. The only thing is that they couldn't install the GPU brace due to the huge GPU, but it's okay since I chose that GPU. It also took about 5-6 weeks to arrive, but it's probably because I ordered it during black friday/holiday season. Either way, was definitely worth the wait!

This PC build is beyond what I was expecting. First of all, the response from their support team was instant and professional. Assuring me that the order was fulfilled and being worked on. Even though there were a few hiccups with Delivery. This PC arrived packaged very secure with foam inserts on the interior so nothing would come loose. Set up was a breeze and the PC and it’s components perform as expected. I would highly recommend anybody if they are thinking of buying a prebuilt computer the tower that they provide is a clean look my hat’s off to this company and thank you very much.
